Compared with other integral square methods, the control system has the functions of storage, calling, editing process and equipment parameters, as well as the function of misoperation identification and early warning. When in use, on the operating table, according to the parameters such as plate thickness, plate width, etc., or the parameters already available in the database, the reduction amount of inlet and outlet can be set to realize the electric adjustment of work roll outlet and inlet clearance, and can be adjusted and corrected manually.
Control system: This machine adopts Panasonic PLC controller of Japan, and the operation speed is controlled by Delta frequency converter. All the movements of the machine are centralized controlled by the operating platform. Touch-type man-machine interface display screen, operation panel is simple and easy to understand, and emergency switch is installed at four conspicuous positions at the entrance and exit of the machine to ensure safe operation. It is also equipped with digital display to display displacement. The operation is very simple and fast. It takes only a few seconds to levelize the high precision and complex hardware which usually takes a long time to levelize manually.
